Baltimore is primarily known as a hip-hop town these days, but not so long ago it was a major market for straight-up rock 'n' roll. Every weekend, clubs like Hammerjacks would be packed with the faithful, waiting for their weekly dose of huge power chords. Hammerjacks may be gone, but there are still plenty of bands proudly flying the rock 'n' roll flag.
